Whether an individual is seeking answers about learning differences, emotional struggles, neurodivergence, or diagnostic uncertainty, our assessment process is designed to help you grow and bloom—not just be categorized.
We provide assessments for children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including those who may have been excluded from traditional services due to cost, stigma, or systemic inequities. We serve individuals, families, schools, healthcare, and community organizations.

Services Provided
Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations (CPE)
CPEs are common for diagnostic clarity regarding complex or uncertain mental health presentations
CPEs are often used with, but not limited to, children and adolescents in order to rule out and/or confirm common co-joining diagnoses (like attention deficit and learning disorders)
These evaluations focus on the individual in a holistic manner and offer a clear picture of cognitive health
Evaluations include formal interview(s), testing behavioral observations, and if applicable, environmental observations, and standardized psychological tests pertinent to aspects of potential concern
Problem-Specific Psychological Evaluations
Problem Specific Evaluations focus on specific issues like academic weaknesses, executive functioning difficulties, social skills deficits, or emotional regulation problems
These evaluations focus on the specific referral question from the client and include a formal interview, testing behavioral observations, and standardized psychological tests pertinent to the referral question
Psychological Screenings
Screenings are considered preliminary procedures used to quickly identify individuals who may have a specific condition or be at risk for a particular issue.
Psychological screenings are not intended to diagnose, but rather to determine if further, more in-depth assessment is needed.

Our Model of Assessment: A Human-Centered Approach
At Bloom Metrics, we believe a psychological assessment does more than provide a diagnosis—it can restore dignity, deepens self-understanding, and supports healing. Rooted in our mission to promote the psychological, social, and ecological wellness of the people we serve, our model reflects both scientific rigor, ethics, and a profound respect for the individual and shared human experience.
Compassion & Fairness: every client is approached with care, grounded in the ethical standards and professional guidelines of our field, including those of the APA, The College Board, AERA, and the ADA.
Autonomy & Collaboration: we see assessment as a shared process—not something done to people, but with them. From initial interviews to feedback sessions, clients are informed and involved.
Clarity & Direction: The feedback from the results of an assessment is honest, informed and based on everything we learn together. Our goal is not only to help identify the problem, but to help show a clear path forward.
Respect & Inclusivity: we approach each assessment with a deep respect for every person’s background and identity. We tailor our approach to the unique individual, cultural and social contexts of everyone we servce. We strive to ensure that assessments respect our client’s identities.
Integrity & Rigor: our clinicians use well-researched, validated tools and interpret results with thoughtfulness and care. We balance precision with humanity, always viewing results in the broader context of the client’s life and story.
Privacy & Trust: we honor the courage it takes to be assessed, and we protect every client’s confidentiality with the utmost seriousness.
