Post-Master’s & Post-Doctoral Fellowships
There is a serious shortage of “real world” training opportunities for post-master’s & post-doctoral clinicians. They are often left on their own to fulfill even the minimum training requirements.
At FairSky, we offer training opportunities that balance the autonomy, structure & support needed for recent limited licensed clinicians to integrate their previously acquired academic knowledge and practical experience, with further learning and practical opportunities to take their professional development to the next level.

Training Goals
The ultimate goal for training-clinicians at FairSky is for each to be prepared to skillfully work in an individual private practice, a professional group practice, or a community-based practice, as well as to begin practice & training in hospital or school-based establishments. We are committed to supporting each practicum student, intern, fellow or fully licensed clinician explore, discover, develop and realize their unique clinical perspectives, and to help each articulate and support that perspective, respectively. Professional trainees at FairSky will also learn how to integrate pro-social advocacy efforts through our diverse learning opportunities. Advocacy skill development areas include interdisciplinary care coordination, community resourcing & connection, and feedback & evaluation integration for client-centered services
