Finn (they/he) believes in offering an open, curious, non judgemental, and safe space to process the messy parts of being human. Through their training and experience as a queer, trans masc, neurodivergent sex therapist, Finn has a deep appreciation for the complexity of stress, life changes, and internal stories. Your time with Finn would be spent identifying your strengths, challenging some unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and honoring that you are the expert of your life.

Finn enjoys working with life transitions, trauma, grief, polyamory, ethical/consensual non-monogamy, LGBTQIA+/queer/trans community, neurodivergence, sexual exploration, kink, self-compassion, and anxiety. They also believe in providing a body positive/neutral, sex positive, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, gender explorative space to offer whatever support is needed. Finn recognizes their identity as a white clinician and diligently attempts to stay cognizant and educated about their privilege. Finn has obtained training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and uses other modalities to adjust the work to the specific situation and the client's comfort level. Finn graduated from the University of Michigan Sexual Health Certificate Program with a focus on sex therapy. They are a proud member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).

Humor, authenticity and curiosity are also main players their work. This is paired with a realistic grasp on owning anger, respecting and creating stories, and challenging the heaviness often placed on us by others. Their work is approached collaboratively, and with a client centered perspective.
