John is currently a Masters of Social Work student at the University of Michigan and so happy to be a part of the Fairsky team. He incorporates his 14 years of experience doing community work with youth, families, and young adults in Southwest Detroit into his therapy practice.

Some of his particular areas of interest are nuero-divergence (particularly ADHD and ASD), youth and children, families, trauma and religious trauma, spanish-language therapy, and art and activity-based therapy.

John is also a licensed massage therapist in the state of Michigan and practitioner of Thai bodywork and Japanese Shiatsu. Originally from California, John enjoys running, spending time in nature, and quality time with family and friends.
