Let’s talk about you… How are you really feeling?

In my practice we will work on tailoring an integrative plan geared towards helping you navigate your life’s challenges. Throughout moments of vulnerability, I will use compassion and support, as well as, different evidence-based modalities, to help guide you on your therapeutic journey of self-awareness.

As a therapist of cultural background, who speaks Arabic fluently, cultural competence is an important concept that I uphold within my practice. This is done through the development of a safe space for my clients to be their authentic selves while we learn from each other through every session.

Furthermore, I have received a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples, who are experiencing: Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Stress Management, Trauma, Substance Use Co-dependence, Eating disorders, Life transitioning Issues, and Domestic Violence.

I am looking forward to assisting you within your healing/empowerment process and ultimately gaining back control of your life.
