Thank you for pausing to read my bio. I am dedicated to helping individuals on their journey of self-empowerment, wellness and wholeness. I view therapy as a means of understanding and improving connections with oneself, surroundings, community, and values. My role is as a facilitator and mediator, assisting clients in navigating challenges and fostering learning experiences.

I hold a Masters in Social Work and have acquired certificates in Jewish Communal Leadership and Graduate Teaching from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I have also gained experience working with diverse populations including individuals of different races, socioeconomic backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, immigration statuses and disabilities. My work has involved supporting survivors of domestic violence, intimate partner violence and sexual assault as well as helping college students, adults and seniors develop healthy relationships, manage anxiety and depression, and overcome health-related trauma.

Beyond my therapy practice, I also volunteer as an on-call doula and I participate in a local choir whilst exploring the beauty of Michigan. I have the utmost admiration for individuals who seek therapy and express enthusiasm for the potential collaborative work that can be achieved together.
