Life is beautiful and precious, but it can also be challenging at times. Navigating this journey we call life, may sometimes feel overwhelming or lonely. My commitment is to provide a safe and open space for anyone seeking support in their journey and to work collaboratively toward wellness. My work is based on a client-centered, wellness perspective, as I believe that each person is the expert of their own life.
Working together we can navigate the challenging issues life may bring our way, and continue toward a path of health and healing. At this time, I provide counseling for individuals from late adolescence through later adulthood. The types of culturally sensitive counseling practices that shape the support I offer are: Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practice, and Somatic Therapy.
