Sarah attended the University of Michigan - Dearborn, where she received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Art History and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Clinical Health Psychology. She is involved in cross-cultural research at the university.

Her clinical experience includes psychotherapy for individuals (ages 8+) and couples in the areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD, social anxiety, LGBTQ+, trauma, grief/loss, and medical issues. She also has experience providing adult and child psychological evaluations for academic and ADHD-related concerns. Sarah received additional training in crisis support working on local crisis center hotlines connected with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

She values building a non-judgmental and welcoming therapeutic space using client-centered, evidence-based approaches in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness.

Aside from clinical psychology, Sarah enjoys watching Netflix with her cats Pita & Quill and exploring nature trails, and recently began learning acrylic painting and yoga.
