I am a commitment to healing mind, body, and spirit (whatever spirit means to you). As such, therapy with me may look like practices to get in touch with your body's inherent wisdom. To do this we may look at how your nervous system responds to the world around you and/or name tools that you used to protect yourself that may no longer be helpful.

As a human existing with privileged and marginalized identities I strive to center my practice in Anti-Racist, Feminist, and Queer philosophy. This means that topics of oppression are welcome in my therapy room and that I follow your lead on what is important to you. I have extensive experience with LGBTQ+, Kinky, and non-monogamous individuals.

From a technical perspective, I graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Psychology and the University of Michigan with a Masters of Social Work. I hold a Limited License Master of Social Work (LLMSW) granted by the state of Michigan. The modalities that most describe my therapeutic approach include: Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness.

Outside of providing therapy, I enjoy drawing, listening to metalcore, cats, and nature.

Thank you for taking time to read my bio. I admire your curiosity in pursuing therapy and would be gratified to witness your process as we work together to achieve your goals.
