Not Currently Accepting New Clients

In an incredibly uncertain world, I find one of the most radical things we can do for our wellbeing is connect deeply, live authentically, and center pleasure. A desire to learn more about relationships and sexual health is what brought me to the helping profession, and being invited into your exploration is truly a privilege.

Clients that typically seek me out may be any single or combination of the following: folks who want to nurture romantic & other interpersonal relationships, LGBTQ+ identifying individuals/couples/polycules, folks wanting to explore sexual desires or identity, folks looking to explore ethical non-monogamy, or folks who want to break relational patterns that no longer serve them.

Whether you come to the space as an individual or with a partner(s), you can expect me to bring my authentic self in hopes you feel safe to bring the same. My approach to therapy is client-centered, which allows me to tailor specific care through a variety of modalities. We will work collaboratively on curating a space with goals that feel aligned with what you need and within my professional capacity to offer. I like to name with new clients that starting therapy can feel daunting, but my hope is to meet you wherever you're at in your journey. So whether a seasoned client or brand new to therapy, I look forward to having you in the space where we can answer the question on my office wall, "is today a drama day, or a trauma day?" and we'll see where it goes together!
