Before starting my graduate studies, I spent four years in the mental health field providing trauma-informed care across many walks of life. Throughout this work I've supported individuals through major life transitions, helped them accomplish personal goals, navigate the criminal justice system, and ultimately supported them in building the fuller lives they deserved.

As a bisexual Black man, I hold a particular interest in working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. My lived experiences have given me an understanding of how identity, marginalization, and trauma can intersect in ways that are deeply personal and often difficult to put into words. My hope is to create a safe environment where your lived experience can be explored openly, without any judgment, and with genuine understanding.

I’m currently a third year student at the Michigan School of Psychology pursuing my master’s degree in clinical psychology, with an expected graduation in 2027. As a student there, my approach is deeply humanistic, I believe in meeting people where they are and honoring their inherent capacity for growth.

If we have the opportunity to work together, you can expect someone who is transparent and direct in how they communicate, genuinely empathetic to whatever may be bringing you stress or strife and committed to helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing.
