Group Details

Anxious Hearts is a support group for adults (18+) who experience generalized anxiety that want to process their experiences and expand their coping strategies.

You can expect a weekly support session led by a licensed mental health professional, focusing on learning new skills to manage anxiety, while offering hope and healing through shared experiences.

Costs

FairSky accepts most insurances. Many of them cover group therapy. If you have questions about what your insurance covers, you can ask them directly, or contact us here.

For those without insurance, or who do not want to use insurance, we offer a sliding scale, starting at around $20 per group session.

Hybrid Meeting Format

In a comfortable, private office at FairSky’s Ferndale location, group members will have the choice to attend in-person, or via an encrypted, HIPAA compliant, real-time teleconference platform.

We’ve designed this experience to create a seamless, personable and private space, regardless of how members attend the group.
