Hey, I’m Chase! Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and whether this is your first time seeking support or you’re returning to therapy, I’m glad you’re here.

My approach to therapy is rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and the belief that people are capable of growth and change. I am a limited license social worker (LLMSW) and graduated with my masters in social work from Wayne State University.

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy and believe that each person already possesses strengths that can help them navigate life's challenges. My role is not to tell you what you should do, but to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, identify your goals, and find approaches that work for you.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and the effects of intimate partner violence. I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, and I believe therapy should be an empowering experience that helps you build confidence, develop new skills, and create meaningful change in your life.

Whether you are working through a specific challenge or simply looking to better understand yourself, I would be honored to be part of your journey.
