Maybe you’ve been holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of yourself underneath. You might be navigating a life transition, struggling in your relationships, or simply trying to understand yourself a little better. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

Therapy with me is a place to slow things down, talk openly, and make sense of what you’re carrying. We’ll approach the things that matter to you with curiosity and compassion, while paying attention to the experiences, relationships, culture, and values that have shaped who you are.

I am a Clinical Therapist Intern at FairSky Foundation and a Master of Social Work student at the University of Michigan. As an Arab and Syrian bilingual Arabic-English speaker with an immigrant background, I bring an appreciation for the ways culture, family, and identity can shape our experiences, while welcoming clients from all backgrounds.

We can start wherever you are.
